As a consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach, I have a passion for creating sustainable performance advantage for organizations, products and people. Maxwell & Associates was founded in 2004 after many years working in the consumer packaged goods industry. I bring to my practice a strong sense of purpose, enthusiasm, energy, curiosity and genuine compassion for my clients.
Committed to helping my clients grow and reach their goals for themselves, their teams and their organizations, with a strong appreciation for the challenges of today’s leaders because I have walked in those leadership shoes and as a result am passionate about supporting leaders and organizations in their creation of sustained solutions for growth and impact.
My corporate background includes over 20 years experience in large multi-national consumer packaged goods companies, such as, Warner-Lambert, Pillsbury and Coca-Cola. Including extensive experience in senior executive leadership roles in consumer marketing and general management, as well as: building brands; creating practical, actionable business strategies and plans; building high performance teams: championing leadership performance processes, career planning and retention strategies; facilitation, and change implementation.
Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and certifications as a Professional Coach holding an ACPC (Adler Certified Professional Coach) and ACC (Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation). Additionally, I am a trained Systems Coach experienced in working with teams to create high performance.
