Developing key leadership competencies

Elaine has coached more than 60 individuals since 2015 including senior executives, leaders, managers, professionals, teams and entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries; multi-national companies; not-for-profits; associations; and professional services firms.

Elaine’s has coached executives and leaders in developing key leadership competencies, skills and behaviours associated with leadership success including relationship skills, organizational savvy, conflict skills, negotiation, communication, motivating others, coaching and developing others, visioning, strategic acumen, business and financial acumen, decision making, planning and organization, influencing and persuading, decision making and change management.  

Elaine’s teamwork includes working with teams over time to develop high performance behaviours and performance norms.
