Leadership Training and Development

Elaine facilitates custom designed leadership learning and development programs as well as team coaching programs to support organizations in developing strong leadership capability and high performance teams.

Programs can include leadership and team assessment, training workshops, mentor coaching, follow-up assessments, and ongoing feedback.

The goal of these programs is to change behaviours, teach leadership skills, create intentional leaders who are aware of their impact on others and maximize the transference of new skills and behaviours into the workplace over time.
